From Decision to Done
Your organization already knows how to decide. Enactree is what happens next — turning an agreed proposal into named owners, claimed tasks, scheduled hands, and tracked resources, with a record of what actually got finished.
Our Principles
- A decision is not a deliverable. Agreement is where the work starts, not where it ends.
- Someone's name on it. Every commitment has a named owner, or is plainly open for someone to claim.
- Many hands, counted. Work that needs six people should say so, and show who is coming.
- Resources are part of the promise. Tools, space, and money are tracked with the commitment they belong to.
- Finished means recorded. Completed work leaves a record the organization can look back on.
How It Works
Decide Together
Bring a proposal, invite the people it affects, discuss it, and vote using the quorum and threshold your organization actually uses.
Break It Into Commitments
An adopted proposal becomes milestones with owners. Some are assigned; some stay open for anyone to claim.
Get the Hands and the Gear
Schedule the work, let people sign up for the shifts that need more than one pair of hands, and track what gets lent to it.
Close the Loop
Mark commitments done, return what was borrowed, and leave a record of what the organization carried through.
